“I honestly thought that this pine pollen in a liquid version was like some water mixed with pine pollen or something, however it’s like 75% alcohol in each drop so it’s like swallowing everclear each time. Disgusting!!! Better off going with a powder version.”
Agreed. For some, the alcohol can be too much. It is used to get the sterols and it is about 38%. You can add it to some water and hold it in your mouth and take an empty stomach. If that won't help then the powder is the way to go.
