“Only issue is that the consistency of it is very thick now. Used to be able to pour the liquid but even after shaking it remains very thick like a cream.”

Sometimes during Winter or when stored in cold conditions, the consistency of Canine Gold can become thicker due to its high coconut oil content, this does not affect the efficacy of the product and it remains completely safe to use. You should be able to return the product to liquid form by submerging the pouch in hot water before use. Storing the product somewhere warm should prevent it from re-solidifying :)
