“I like the fact that Carlos is eco friendly, but I don't think the description should read "tough and long lasting", "Carlos will provide hours of entertainment for dogs of all sizes".... my (small) dog had the hoop off within half an hour, and 3 days later Carlos' legs are completely frayed and he has no pincers. I don't leave reviews before giving sellers a chance to amend the situation, but the reply I got was "we are sorry you are not happy with the product but when dogs play with toys unfortunately they can get pulled apart." I was indeed aware of that, but bought Carlos because he was described as long lasting.”

Very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the product, however as mentioned on our website, unfortunately no toy is indestructible. Some dogs (regardless of size) are able to pull them apart much faster than others and unfortunately this is outside of our control.
