“I never write reviews, but with the bad customer service I just had to. I received them today and they were washed out completely. My printer prints better than captain notepad. I got a call back quick from Jason told me I'm comparing apple and oranges because this is offset printing. I just had your basic colors black and yellow. The black is not BLACK..its greyish black. Over the phone I was told its Black. Funny you guys advertise in the above photo as RICH Black print color once I saw it I said great but to my horror I got something different. why don't you take a real photo and show what you really offer? But no blame it on the customer right? Was it my fault you did not specify this is offset ? The rep asked me if I'm the graphic designer, I said yes . He said I should know better. LOL .. Really? Okay there wow.. slow your role. Was I supposed to know better that you guys do false advertising? Why wasn't it stated to me that there is no rich black on my proof. I went back and forth a couple of times with their graphic designer. I was told NOTHING. They don't even tell you that they print with borders. I found that out with the proof and had to pay some more money for them to print to the edge. Anyways.. Why didn't my proof have a notation or anything of that sort to let me know my colors would not be printed digitally especially the black. Come on look at your photo above. Never offered to reprint them for free, they had to do me "favor" with more expensive pricing and something that they don't offer online. Forget it WE will be disputing it . He told me yeah go ahead Well you have to return the notepads. OBVIOUSLY, who would keep this junk. You guys should know better right?”
