“I was really excited to get my notepads first time ordering them. But I never received a prof and had to call and see if I was supposed to get an update and sure enough I was. I was told it was emailed to me but it never was I checked everywhere. Anyway I just got them about 2 weeks late and never was even offered to have them rushed or shipped faster by your company because it was not my fault. They were happy holidays so I really wanted them before Dec and got them dec 9th:( not really happy with the customer service.
