CD player works well in our new car and fits into the centre console where there is a USB point. Shame that the manufacturer feels CD players are redundant

I am interestad in this unit. I want to fit it in my 2019 Fiesta (without nav) I presume it comes with a fairly short usb cable.I would like to fit it in the glovebox in a compartment were the manufacturer intended it to go.However that would mean using a 1 metre long extension usb cable. Will it still work ok.Thanks.

We have professionally installed around 50 of these units and only 1 wasn't compatible with a vehicle. Other than that as long as they are installed correctly then are a great way of playing your CD collection. Many thanks from all at Maxsoundcaraudio

Supposed to be plug and play, with radio in "on" position, followed by selection of USB 1 or 2. This in not possible in new Honda Jazz Crosstar(I believe it's an Android system). You are either in radio mode or USB mode; not both. The system doesn't recognise USBs that aren't compatible (whatever that means) anyway, which is why I invested in thisd Have no idea how to get it to work. Any advice welcome So far - very disappointed.

This CD player provides a simple solution to the problem of not having a CD player in the car. The simple plug and play alternative that this device gives you is a good solution to the problem. However the unit itself is not the best CD player in the world and suffers from some skipping and indexing problems. If you are prepared to put up with this and accept it is better than nothing then it is worth having. If you would get annoyed by the faults then I would advise that you think again before purchasing.
