“I bought this product and others based on the information provided both online and by the technic team via phone, (i also spoke to an instore specialist who refused to give me any advice because i bought the quipmemt online). I was assured that this was exactly what was needed given the specific system in my particular car. This was not the case at all. The connections where all nowhere near close to what was required and for a plug and play product I ended up having to take the kit to an audio specialist whom also struggled to figure out the connectability while atte.pting to pair it with the existing connections in the car. After the fact I then find out that the returns policy states that nothing should be opened or tried to be connected to the car which I am at a loss to understand. How is anyone supposed to try and figure out the fitting of the equipment without attempting to connect it up?”
