“No words can contain the amount of rage I feel for this unit. Bought it, installed it and it's just sh*t. Very sluggish, takes years to load and audio isn't that great. So I thought maybe a faulty unit, so I returned it to car audio centre, they kindly exhanged it and same issue! Must be a design thing. So I returned this unit as well and got the JVC KW-M560BT. I dont listen to DAB so it was better suited to me after nearly 3 weeks of hassle all I have is stress with this pioneer unit. My JVC unit works a treat though!It's a shame about Pioneer, they used to be the best!”

“I returned this unit after a few days because it was a bit sluggish and not so easy to use. Other features were good I got it exchanged for the Kenwood DMX7018DABS instead and paid the difference.”

“Went to Halfords to have the Pioneer SPHDA230DAB installed and guess what they never had the parts in stock which they ordered for me.On my way home noticed your tooting shop and went in and spoke to chaps there. They had all the parts in stock and the unit was cheaper then Halofrds. They were able to install it on the same day. Love the unit and the interface works smoothly. Installation was done to very high standard. Excellent store and staff with loads of choices available.”
