“ordered this product via website it would have been helpful to know that a vehicle specific fitting kit was needed to install this product which i found out after half dismantling my dashboard to fit it. A quick phone call and the kit was on its way only to find it was the wrong kit on arrival, another quick call and the correct kit was dispatched. I would not say it was easy to fit as the instructions were not too good so had to get a fitter to fit, there was a lot of wires not used which you either know or dont. Anyway it was all fitted and works well and your sales dept were quick and helpful.”
