“Hi, I have a Kenwood dnx518vdabs and factory fit front and rear parking sensors. Can the CMOS-230 reversing camera be connected directly to my head unit or do I need an adaptor. Also, would the reversing alarm still work when the reversing video is displayed on the head unit?”

“Fitted this to my wife's car, connected to a Kenwood DMX125dab head unit. Easy install (except for coaxing the cable through the flexible rubber conduit from the boot lid to the car body) worked as it should straight away, good image quality even in low light. Wife's happy and now has a totally unique car! possibly the only Smart fortwo in the world with a reverse camera.”
