I am using this on my rescue dog for his separation anxiety. We are currently a week into daily treatment and he's showing signs of improvement. He is no longer freaking out when we both get out the car and is generally more relaxed at home. We haven't tried going out of the house and leaving him yet but my feeling is he has definitely improved.

I bought this with equal amounts of hope and scepticism. I understand it doesn't work for everyone, but for me it's been amazing. I don't find it painful and actually enjoy the sensation - I find it very soothing and relaxing. I am sleeping better and my depression is also much better (probably because of the better sleep). I find that as I my quality of sleep is improving so is my ability to cope with the general stresses of life. Highly recommend this.

Mixed feelings I have suffered with chronic insomnia and ME/CFS for years. So I am willing to try anything. I have been using this for about a month now, but I’m not really sure how to rate this. I think I’m sleeping a bit better. But it isn’t consistent. Sometimes I sleep better, sometimes I don’t. It helps sometimes with getting to sleep quicker, but doesn’t help at all with staying asleep. And unfortunately for me, it comes with side effects. Over time, I have been slowly building my tolerance to higher settings. I’ve only made it to level 6 of 35 intensity settings. Even on the lowest setting (level 1), while using the device, I experience nausea, dizziness, headache, strong zapping feeling in the ear lobes and am unable to stand without swaying. Most of those symptoms go away within 15 minutes after treatment. The only symptom that stays with me long after the treatment is finished is headaches. Sadly the headaches get worse the more days in a row I use the machine, to the point where all day, everyday, I experience moderate headaches. When I stopped using the device, they went away. They start again when I start a new treatment cycle. So I’m experimenting with how many days of treatment vs break will get me some results with less pain. Despite the side effects, I am still using this because I’ve read the effects of CES are cumulative, and I have had some better nights, so I’m willing to keep trying. There is no information about what intensity setting is a therapeutic level, and studies I’ve read have all been with different devices so it’s impossible to know. Possibly when I work my way up to the higher intensity, it will have more effect. I just can’t imagine being able to tolerate it that high seeing as I have considerable side effects. Everyones body and reactions are different, so my experience might not be anyone else’s experience. On the machine itself, I was a little disappointed. It feels very cheaply made. The screen can only be read at certain angles, and turns off after a few seconds so you keep having to press the power button to check how much time you have left. The instruction manual is definitely not written by someone who knows English, so is quite unclear in parts. The step by step instructions also are out of sequence, so you have to figure out how to use it yourself, but seeing as it is a very limited machine, it isn’t hard. I expected something that is a medical device to be better quality, especially because it is not cheap.

I have cPTSD-SP with severe anxiety + panic attacks + depression + dissociation Up until recently I have been relying on perscription THC to manage my anxiety + panic attacks however due to a change in my condition I was forced to come off THC which has made it really challenging. I've moved to oil which helps however nowhere near as effective as THC. I got a CES device I find it helps with the physical pain from anxiety as I get significant pain in my chest from anxiety. I found it doesn't really help with the racing thoughts but I've found the oil seems to work better for that. I use it on P04 for 30min in the morning as I find using it at night seems to keep me up at night. Now to help manage my anxiety + panic attacks I am Using CES device Prescription meds Oil Running Meditation Mindfulness/dbt

I use the CES device several times weekly - if tinnitus is loud or I have woken mid-sleep and have been finding it to help the volume of tinnitus to diminish so it seems to be a very useful tool

No significant improvement in sleep after 2 ten day blocks. Will keep using as effects are said to be cumulative.
