“At first wear I didn’t believe the resistance was that great in comparison to an older model I own from 4yrs ago. Went for a 3km jog on level 1 and I eventually had to remove the filter after completion of the jog as I was stopping almost every 200metres due to strong resistance and lung exhaustion. Level 1 without the filter on the same run I stopped once. 3 weeks in and my lungs have adjusted enough that and I’m coping well on level 2 without stopping. Stable progression and my fitness has elevated greatly during sparring sessions at the boxing gym. Comfortable fit, quality strapping and air flow system. Quality product overall. If your a fighter or starting up you might hate using this at first but I promise you will appreciate it if you stay consistent.”
