“I ordered 4 sets and when the envelope arrived there was only 3 sets. Rang them and they said they would send the other set. This was on Sept. 20th and so far have not received anything. Not very professional.”

Sorry about the oversight, we already post you the extra pads and let us know if it didn't arrive. With regards to the invoice, we stopped putting it in the box, the invoices are now sent via email as soon as the order is placed. Thanks Regards,
