“My wireless unit I got a few years ago from care max , unfortunately died. I decided to get this wired one thinking the touchscreen would be an easier option to use , but was I wrong. It is very unresponsive to touch and so I find quite difficult to use. On top of that with all the different options of vibrations to select from, I tho it would offer an even better experience than my previous machine which had much less options. However, I can’t say I like the feeling of any of the options except for maybe one or two. And for some reason I’m not getting any relief from this machine like I was from my wireless one. I’m not sure why that would be. I’m very disappointed in this unit. The only good feature about it is it lasts for up to an hour if you want it too, And it has a lock on it. My other unit did not have these features and would have found them very beneficial to have.”
