Moving and handling is a key part of the working day for us as care workers, moving equipment or patient from one place to another. When moving a client one should make sure that you don't hurt the client and also to hurt yourself. Before moving and assisting occurs you need to recognise if they are any risks and also commit to introducing precautions to reduce that risk.
