“Didn't receive my mats. Apparently it was left behind my bins. WTH.
When I emailed them (because they have no number) it took them 4 days to get back to me.
When I wrote that I hadn't received my mats they asked if I'd checked the bin. Of which I replied yes.
Then nothing. I emailed them twice to express my dissatisfaction at not knowing what was going on and could I actually speak to some one on the phone, only to be told they were checking with their delivery service. I emailed them again 3 days later asking if I could speak to someone on the phone and that I was very angry at the lack of communication.
Later on that afternoon I was told I would be given a refund without any explanation.
What really peeved me was it was s present for my dad's birthday.
Not s happy bunny.
Their customer service sucks.
One very disgruntled ex customer.”
