My wife is on the edge as she wanted the dining table before Christmas eve. I will need to work long nights to make that happen (depending on when the legs show up).”
“I was told I would receive the legs on s specific date. They did not arrive. After three days of no change in the the information of arrival time I asked Carolina.legs.com what’s up. They informed me that the virus took out a truck. Mmmmmm. And then later on they said they would ship them overnight FedEx. I did get some noise from the factory. Reason for not giving a five star report? Just wish I had a little info up front. COVID-19 gets the blame for much of 2020 and justifiably so. Just for next situation, please drop a note up front when you knew things were going down. I know I’m just a small business man, but please . . . just a little help. Now on the five star side of life. I love those legs. My client picked them out when she saw the table she wanted me to replicate.
