“Unfortunately, this item arrived with a large chip in the rim. I am not sure if it was damaged in handling or packaging. On the positive side. When I contacted the company a replacement was sent out right away. It hasn’t made it yet but it has been shipped so I appreciate that. The low rating is strictly for the damaged piece. Customer service was excellent.”
