“I ordered chocolate from Dublin to Dallas, Texas in the heat of summer. It was not shipped with frozen packets and all of the 8 bars of Guinnes Daek Chocolate, the best chocolate I fave found in the world, was melted.
Though I immediately put the bats in the freezer and they tetsined their wonderful flavor, it was a mess getting the frozen pieces separated.
I would have paid whatever was necessary to have the bars shipped with coolant.”
