“I bought this because it is the tea we remember our Nana drinking. She was Irish and a tea drinker. It was nostalgic to see the tin which hasn't changed in over 50 years. In terms of real tea quality--any tea in tea bags isn't the best. This tea is a little malty and has a brightness to it that makes me think it has a healthy dose of ceylon tea and assam for the malt. I like my Barry's best. I am sure Nana wasn't able to get Barry's at the local store (before the internet). It is nice that this company has held steady all these years with their tea. Reliable and such a nice tin.”
