“My first package was lost or stolen by Canada Post last year. Carroll's was awesome and FedEx a replacement package this year. But it was missing one item and the wrong Sweater was sent. I kept the sweater, because I loved it. They did reimburse the missing slippers. I repurchased the correct sweater and slippers on April 9th, but the same story. Canada Post had managed to delay the package. Still waiting for the package. I always love the products from Carroll's, and the great and professional service. My only advice is boycott Canada Post.”
