“My parcel arrived today and I was really excited but my excitement was depleted when I realised the glass I'd ordered didn't have the name engraved on it that I'd paid for. As I'm in Australia and this was a gift, it's too difficult to send back for inscribing. Now I'm going to have to pay again to have it engraved here in time for the birthday.”
