“I ordered two mugs - they arrived and were great, my husband loves his --- only problem being, one of the mugs has a crack on the inside, running from start of handle to base of cup, I would appreciate another mug, please.”

“The mugs themselves are very nice. I ordered 3 mugs, but only 2 survived shipping. I had hoped to gift two and keep one for myself. So, I did gift the two mugs that were not broken and am sad to miss out for myself. I have given 4 stars out of five and would recommend that the company provide packing materials to cushion the items within the shipping box. Simply wrapping each mug in a thin layer of bubble wrap was insufficient for shipping.”
