“The mugs themselves are very nice. I ordered 3 mugs, but only 2 survived shipping. I had hoped to gift two and keep one for myself. So, I did gift the two mugs that were not broken and am sad to miss out for myself. I have given 4 stars out of five and would recommend that the company provide packing materials to cushion the items within the shipping box. Simply wrapping each mug in a thin layer of bubble wrap was insufficient for shipping.”
“Saw this really liked it and ordered one but sadly despite being very well packaged it carried a couple of chips on the rim. Notified Carrolls, acknowledged and sorted immediately with a replacement received within a week. Very pleased with it. First class customer service.”
