“Really good bread, I’m allergic to yeast, eggs, casein, have been craving for a good multigrain bread for years. I can’t have milk, so substitute heavy cream + water, my bread turns out crumbly (I am omitting a protein/not following directions), but it still tastes great! My kids love it too and they can have regular bread.”
