“Tracking was poor, not despatched on time & blaming courier. Had to call the person I sent it to to confirm it arrived. I’ll not do this with them ever again”

“Ordered this gift basket as a Christmas gift; it’s a good job we had it delivered to our own address and not that of the intended recipient as a number of items were missing. In fairness, customer service did issue a refund commensurate with the value of the missing goods, but I’ll also argue that was the bare minimum we were due under the circumstances, and we were still left to source alternative items on our own. We won’t be ordering again.”
