“This was ordered as a gift but was not delivered on time. The delivery company sent it out on the wrong route and delayed delivery by 3/4 days. The hamper was eventually left at the address but because it was not in line with the promised schedule it was outside for almost a week. The contents were ok but I found the whole process most stressful and doubt I would consider such a gift again. Having contacted Carrolls they offered a refund of the Delivery costs which did not happen. Overall while the hamper contents were as described the delivery of it was most disappointing.”
