“I have two carts and the remotes (old style) are not working, it is very frustrating that you cannot provide available replacements. The manual speed dial on one of the carts responds in such away that the cart goes from slow speed to hi speed with just a touch of the knob.”

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration with not being able to get parts. Unfortunately there is a global computer chip shortage and we cannot source chips as easily as before. This causes many delays in getting parts.
