“This is our second Cart Tek caddy. Some kinks to work out with each but the customer service has been fantastic. Used one for 250 rounds last year without a problem. Love the product and the company.”
“Very solid engineering and manufacturing as far as the electric cart operation is concerned. Actually, very impressive. There are a few things that leave me scratching my head however. 1). The elastic straps with deadly balls that hold the bag in the cart are poorly designed and are a safety hazard. I have snapped my hands and ankles multiple times. 2). The holders for the bag don?t fit and are poorly designed. 3). The scorecard holder doesn?t hold a scorecard.?? I had to take my wife?s elastic hair band and use it to hold the scorecard and pencil in place. 4). The battery doesn?t hold a charge for very long so I have to make sure it has been on the charger overnight so it doesn?t die during the round. 5). More instructions would have been helpful. Those were lacking. I still have part of some umbrella mount and have no idea what to do with it. Don?t be afraid to look at a Click Gear to leverage a few ideas. I give a 10 out of 10 for the mechanical/electrical operations but a 5 out of 10 on the items that weren?t up to par. Pun intended.”
“I love it. I would like to see these become even lighter in weight and with smaller remote. The only other thing missing is a little tray to put your food on while you walk. The bag is nice, but I don't really want to put my food away I just need to have a place for it to sit for a minute while I hit a shot.”
