“I have used my cart for 5 rounds to this point. I love it. It came 2 days after I ordered it. I live in Medford, OR-so the company in Bend is pretty close. It was very easy to put together. It is easy to transport. I store my clubs at my country club. It is very easy to take out the battery so that I can charge it at home between rounds. I love the fact that you can control the speed at the handle of the cart. The remote is also very easy to use. My buddies have all commented that my cart is quiet and moves more smoothly than the other power push carts out there. So far- no complaints. I am very happy with my purchase.”
“I play at a pretty hilly course and find that it doesn’t have good control heading downhill. To be safe I would just manually operate it and it somewhat defeats the purpose.
Strapping the bag down is a bit more difficult as well as compared to other carts I’ve used. The elastic ropes with round “balls” although secure when attached are not easy to connect/disconnect.
My .02. I don’t want to be a negative on your site because overall for a first try with an electric cart I would simply say…”it works”.
I may consider a return and opt to look at other carts with “downhill assist”.”
Hi Aaron, thanks for your review of the GRi-1500LiV2. We're sorry to hear that you've found it difficult to use on hilly courses and that the elastic ropes have been a challenge for you. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to our team. As for going downhill in remote mode, if you press the reverse arrow that will tell the cart to slow down. This should help out greatly when operating the cart going down a hill.
“I purchased my GRi 1500 Li V1 in January 2017. It has performed exceptionally in trying conditions. (I live in Trinidad & Tobago). I cannot stop praising and recommending the GRi 1500. The after sales service department (Mark) is excellent. No matter how stupid your problem they will take their time to help you get it sorted.
Most of my after sales problems are minor so that says a lot for the GRi 1500 durability.

“This is my second GRi-1500Li. I used my first one so much I needed a new one. Like the shiny black (had silver last time) color. The new tires are nice and it has more pep than the old one (old battery was probably not charging fully anymore). Like the new scorecard holder that now has a place for a pencil. Seems to be more stable than the old cart too. I play on a very hilly and uneven course and it tracks better on the same line than before.”
