“When I ordered the cart, gray and silver were back ordered. I stated my preference was gray, but was not absolutely sure. The person who took the order said he would note the uncertainty and I would be called prior to shipment. The gray cart was shipped with no phone call. I'm happy with the color, but did expect a phone call.”
