Excellent purchase. Sturdy, attractive, excellent packaging. Easy to assemble, good instructions, nice add-ons (bag, tool kit, towel, ball marker). I was surprised how easy it is to operate and to get used to. I'm very pleased. My husband has had a cart tek for a couple of years and is most impressed with the customer service. Great product.

Mark was super when I called with questions prior to ordering. He was SO helpful! I gave his name to my gal playing partners, and they have ordered carts now too ! It arrived in four days. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and pretty intuitive. Directions could be a bit more detailed. I did a practice run on the street prior to going to the course. Highly recommend that! I have a 2 series BMW convertable and it folds compactly enough with the wheels off to fit in the trunk! Yeah! It is easy to operate on the course. My back loves no longing bending over to push the cart through rough and inclines. It goes over curbs easily on slow speed. The programmable remote works great.I am thrilled with this cart. It has improved my game too!

First of all, this is a game changing device for me. I have been a dedicated walker of courses for years. Originally I carried then eventually progressed to a push cart. Unfortunately in the last couple years I have had a deterioration of my knees (bone on bone, torn meniscus etc) and so I finally pulled the trigger on this cart and so far (only three rounds) it has been a real help. Its like the Tesla of carts. Not only is it powerful and functional but it looks good. Having said that there is a bit of a learning curve. The remote and managing the remote definitely requires some patience as I have found it to be a bit finicky. The company provides a magnetic attachment on the side handle of the cart as well as a belt holder. Unfortunately, for some reason I occasionally drop the remote or knock it off the holder and every time this occurs I have a hard time getting it back functioning - ultimately using it in its manual (still powered) mode for a couple holes until I have somehow gotten it to function again in the remote mode. I will confess I have yet to figure out what I need to do in these instances and when this happens you go from being the "cool" guy on the course to the guy "holding things up" cause he is messing with his cart all the time. Hopefully I can get this sorted out where I know exactly what to do but I am not there yet. Having said that even being in the straight manual (still powered) mode is perfectly fine if that's all a person had. Finally, all the accessories are very good and the storage bag is great. I played yesterday in 98 deg weather and carried about two gallons of water in it with no problem and a person could easily put a small cooler in. One suggestion I do have is they should consider providing at least one extra belt clip (remote holder) as I can see where I am probably going to lose this thing eventually. Anyway, that's just three rounds so I should probably do another review after a year or so.
