“The unit was easy to assemble right out of the box. I have played 5 rounds with the trolley and it works great. I had a Nova Caddie which stopped working after 9 months. Repeated calls and emails to Nova Caddie yield no response. The cart tek has superior quality and construction. The straight tracking technology really works to keep the unit tracking straight. The remote took a little getting used to all the functions but is easy to use. The larger wheels and wider wheel base makes it very stank and I have yet to have the unit tip over. So far I am very happy with the cart tek.”

“I have taken my new GRi-1500Li V2 out 4 times so far. The first three times the receiver (on the shaft below handle) failed after about 2 to 3 hours of running; thankfully the manual operation worked OK to complete the rounds. So I wrote the service department and Tyler was very responsive. He sent me a new receiver with uTube instructions on how to replace it and pair the new receiver with the remote. The 4th time everything worked well for 18 holes for 5+ walking miles without any problems.
Per the instructions, I use a cart bag which keeps in the cart going straight with very little need for pathway corrections. I'm still mastering the balance of the bag to so I expect it to be even better as I add some more weight to the lower part of the bag.”
