“The motor works but when we tried removing the collar and the sheer pin sheered off, leaving part of the pin in the drive collar. Called again to get a sheer pin but have not received a call 24 hours later.”

“The new motor fixed my cart but there were no instructions for removing the hub from the old unit and moving it to the new motor. Thankfully I was able to get the snap ring off the old motor to remove the hub.”
