“I bought my 1250 li several years ago. I put about 500 rounds on it and no trouble at all. We now have 2 gri1500lis. One is my wife’s and 2 years old with maybe 2 rounds a week. Mine is 8 months old running about 5 days a week. We have had to replace 2 motors and it feels like a 3rd is failing. We have replaced both seat brackets. Cart Tek used to be a superior product to the competition. Not so anymore. It’s a good thing your service has been strong. I wish I didn’t need it so much.

“While disconnecting old motor I pulled off one of the connectors, replaced it, than had to remove a spacer, not sure what it’s actually called. Had to buy a tool to remove snap ring. Came with no directions. I did complete install and it works fine.”
