“It's been about 3 years since purchasing this cart and I went through 2 motors. Luckily the first one was on warranty so I didn't have to pay for it but it lasted for a year and I had to buy the next one. My only concern is that I hope I don't have anymore issues with the motors. I would like to acknowledge that the service Tyler and Mark provides is by far the best you can get from a retailer. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you find the solution to any problems you may encounter.”
“After trying everything I could in the owners manual to solve my turning problem with my cart, both mechanically and electronically, and having over 400 remote controlled rounds on it; I phoned Carttek and explained my problem. I ordered a replacement motor that was suspected to be the problem. It arrived within days. I reviewed the 3 minute video on the website, spent $6 on a needed pair of snap ring pliers. With that and a phillips head screwdriver the motor replacement took about 30 minutes. Two screws! The project also allows you to clean and inspect and lubricate other parts. Excellent engineering.
