“On rougher terrain, had to adjust holder....tried to secure it tightly, but band still slid downward, therefore causing phone to fall off.”

“We believe we may have received a defective one for it separated during assembly. So cannot really rate it. A replacement is coming and it was not an issue to get this handled. Do like the adjustability of the device from the standpoint of holding different size phones, range finder devices”
