“I have purchased TWO of these umbrella holders for my CartTek. Both broke off during play as I was pushing my cart down the fairway with an umbrella in the holder. Upon calling in the second time, I was told that the holder is intended only for holding the umbrella when I am NOT in transit. No instructions came with my purchase; no instructions were on your website when I ordered the holder. You kindly replaced the second holder with the other version of the holder intended for transit. Thank you for that. I did not find the product or the service when I called in particularly friendly and although I love my cart, I sadly cannot recommend your service. Thank you.”
