“I experienced a slight increase in alertness and energy. This was less than say an energy drink, but a longer, more subtle experience, which I was hoping for given the tablet form. I don't get a big effect from common stimulants due regular tea and coffee consumption, so the effect may be greater in others. For me to be conscious of it, I was happy. The only drawback was I did experience nausea, based on experience and label amounts, this is likely from the large amount of green tea extracts. If your not prone to this, give it a try.”
