“Two weeks after placing my order (on 11/27/23), I still have not received it. I received an email from Case-Mate on 11/28/23, stating my order was on its way to me. The UPS/USPS order tracking shows my package initially on its way to me on 12/4/23, (6 days after placing my order) not any earlier. It had been showing an expected delivery date of 12/9/23 through 12/9/23. USPS tracking now shows it as in transit with no location specified for days. The status of my order now shows as arriving late with no estimated delivery date. This is very poor customer service. I’ve had to purchase a phone case from another company to protect my new iPhone 15 Pro Max to be able to use it. I’ve placed orders with other companies after I placed this order, and they have all arrived already. Case-Mate uses some kind of really poor economy method of shipping that is not fair to the customer. I will not shop here again.”
