“My case mate grip already started to come apart after a couple weeks. I was hopeful for this so am hoping requesting a replacement will do the trick and this was a one off”
“Love the product and the color is perfect. Has to be removed everytime you charge your phone using mag-safe. I haven't lost it yet though :) The magnet that is used to keep together allows you to adjust easily when different positions of hand.”
“The MagSafe loop grip is a good alternative to pop sockets. Because it attaches to a magnet, one can easily remove it to charge the phone. The new improved MagSafe accessories use only the circular magnetic ring, not the oblong magnetic part. The phone may detach from the grip, but I do not find this a problem. As a bonus, the loop contained self adhesive magnets to make a normal case MagSafe compatible.”
“I purchased the loop grip with my case. I had to get a replacement for the first one; the magnetic pieces were backwards and wouldn’t stick to the case as intended. Customer service as fine to deal with and I had a replacement product in a week. The replacement worked as it should, I just didn’t care for the product like I thought I would.”
