“it was great you were able to resend a new case but case i received is not the correct size of phone we have. it is a 15 plus and i thought that is what i ordered. is there a way i can send back for the proper phone case. i have tried to contact someone by phone but unable to. please let me know if anything i can do for the correct phone case. thanks”
