“I love the mag wallet itself. The purchasing process was one of the worst that I have ever experienced. If it goes perfectly, then it's pleasant; however, if customer service gets involved, than get ready to bang you head against a wall. My first case wasn't delivered. The second was sent to a different address. After it was t delivered by UsPS the first time, it was sent again through them. It showed up so many days late. The shipment sent in their warehouse for a week before they said they shipped it, but it didn't update that it was shipped for 3 days after that. It is what it is. I had to walk with a cane down 4 blocks because they miffed and fat fingered the address when they put it in. I got it. The equipment is great, customer service is a horrible experience.”
