“The finish is not black, most obvious on the edges of the urn. The joints where the photo is inserted show the internal, unfinished surface after only a couple of attempts to place a picture. While it is much preferable to the container in which I received my Son's ashes, I believe it's quality could be much improved or, even 'tho grief has no price tag, it's cost reduced to match the actual product.”
