“I found your business online, I rang and spoke to a lovely man who guided me as to the best size I would need. He was understanding and so easy to deal with. I ordered straight after our phone call. At that stage we still had our Ted.E with us.
Sadly we lost him 3 days later. The urn turned up 2 days later, it is very elegant and not cheap and nasty.
