“The tap is great however the one sold to me was faulty and the after-sales service from Cass Brothers was terrible. I ended up getting it solved directly with Franke within a few days after stuffing around and waiting for responses from Cass Brothers for weeks. Franke after-sales service was excellent and now the non-faulty tap is in we are very happy with it.”
