“It was a worst experience to buy item from Cass brothers, I had purchased the items and Australian post took the item to Narre Warren south post office, and left the notice, my wife went to Australian post to get the item they were saying this item is not arrived yet come at 4pm , she went next morning and they said still not arrived, she said if not arrived then why post left the notice with tracking number, and next she went again but unfortunately item wasn’t there so i contacted Cass brothers to refund my money because I haven’t received the item, she said once we received the item back then we can refund you , after 4 weeks finally they refunded me but they charged me the shipping cost, what a joke i haven’t received the item, and they charged me the postage fee for nothing, what a poor service, I bought better product from bunnings good quality and much much cheaper it’s working fantastic.”
