“I purchased the Zip 91240 water filter online which was advertised as a genuine filter with a genuine filter image. When I received the water filter it looked completely different to the image online and the original water filter I had. I questioned Cass Brothers about the veracity of their claim that it was a genuine filter and despite it being different to what I know is a genuine filter they insisted that the one they sent was genuine and would not give a refund. The water filter they sent has caused a significant decrease in the water pressure from the tap and obviously doesn't function like the genuine filter.
I wouldn't trust buying a filter from Cass Brothers and I will never buy one from them again.”
