“My cat loves this litter. I love the fact it can be placed in my garden, or yard, after use. However, my cat tracks it far from the litter boxes. The mats collect a lot of it, but plenty still ends up 10-15 feet from the box. It sits on the top of my cats feet as she exits the box, and falls off as she walks/runs away from the box.
The other thing that bothers me is the size of the bags. They have gotten smaller. I used to get both litter boxes cleaned and refilled twice with one bag. Now I get both litter boxes cleaned and refilled once, plus one litter box a second time. The bags used to be listed by weight (lbs), but now they are listed by volume. I understand inflation, and trying to keep prices down, but personally, I would prefer to pay more and get the same amount of litter as when I began using it a few years ago. I buy the 3 bag bulk pack. The 3 bag pack shipping weight is under 15 pounds, and used to be over that.
I am going to begin using another litter in one box, and if my cat accepts it, I might have to think about switching completely. I don't want to, but between the tracking and the decrease in quantity, I might need to.”

“I am a senior living on an upper floor. With this product, I no longer have to struggle with dragging heavy litter up and down the stairs. Home delivery is an added bonus. It creates less 'dust' than any other litter I have tried, though it does track a wee bit. Only a wee bit. The only complaint I have is that my cat sometimes smells like the coconut, which doesn't appeal to me, though others may like it. I do not miss stepping on hard chunks of litter spread tthrough the house or dragged into my bed.”

I was so delighted that I was going to call you with kudos for the change, but before I could, yesterday I received this month's order, and they were again the 5-pound variety! Are you transitioning to the smaller 2-1/2-pound size? I sure hope you are because I LOVE the Natural Non-Clumping Coconut litter I have been buying from you for the past couple of years, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the new 2-1/2-pound size MORE! IT IS THE PERFECT SIZE for my individual litter pans, making my change-outs SO MUCH MORE CONVENIENT! Is it possible to specifically order the same voume in the smaller 2-1/2-pond size, or... will they begin coming that way automatically when your inventory settles? Please advise! I LOVE THE NEW SIZE!!!”
