This litter is very lightweight and has an interesting texture. It soaks up urine well. I wanted an alternative to the clay litter which seems so toxic, also it's less powdery than some corn-based letters.

We first were introduced to CatSpot Litter at the NHRA Races in Pomona, CA. We were suspicious at first but agreed to try it. Our senior cat took to it right away and we love how easy it is to handle. There is a bit of a mess since it's quite light so we keep a little dust pan nearby. But, there's no smell! We had a second litter box with her clumping clay litter - she won't use it.

Love it! The best litter switch I made. I was nervous that my cat would not give it a chance. She has no problem, not a second thought. Yay!

Just staring to use it with my 3 cats. Hope to be over to it 100% after I’ve used up the “old” litter due to weight-I’m not getting younger. Amazing how you can just “fluff” it and you are done

I was looking for an environmentally friendly litter that was easy to clean and found it in CatSpot non-clumping litter. I am a cat sitter and have scooped a wide variety of litters and didn't like the other environmentally friendly litters because they weren't as easy to clean. I like that it's lightweight, it absorbs the liquid, and the solids can be flushed. After scooping out the solids, I can dump the rest in my compost pile or spread it in the woods. The only disadvantage is it does get tracked outside the box, but I use a mat and keep a broom nearby. When transitioning my cats, I kept a box with their old litter and two boxes with the CatSpot and they had no qualms about switching to the CatSpot Litter.
