“The product itself is perfect. NEVER a problem since the first time - years ago - that I ordered it. CatSpot has the consistency of ground coffee so each day I gladly mini-vac the few grains that stick to my cat's paws when they hop out of their communal cat box.
My only request would be to offer a Senior Rate for those of us on a fixed income. I completely understand about the increased costs of distribution and shipping. It would also surely contribute to expanding your customer base. Advertise it in AARP magazine - bet you'll see a marked increase in new subscriptions.

“The litter itself is outstanding. NO DUST. It's light and easy to scoop and/dump.
But I think the greatest feature is the subscription. It is easy to change delivery dates or even put deliveries on hold.
So, for us, we are very plessed with the material itself. The ease of dealing with delivery takes a task off of our "to do" list.”
